Amir Safaie, PE, President/CEO - obtained his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from University of Alabama in 1980. He has gained over 20 years of progressive experience  designing & managing commercial, residential and industrial projects in different parts of country. Amir understands the complexities and critical issues of all systems that need to be addressed to ensure a successful project.

Amir's projects have included several Hotels such as Marriotts, Hilton, Stouffers, Office Buildings such as Tower Place 200, Retail Spaces such as J.C. Penny, Office Max, Le Petite Bistro, Golf Course Clubhouses such as Landfall, English Turn, Multi-family Projects such as Park Side Orlando, Jefferson at Lenox Park, and Performing Arts Centers such as Spivey Hall, Educational Institutions such as Schools for Fulton county, university of Georgia, and Industrial Projects such as Herman Miller facilities.

Amir is registered in several states and can obtain registration in any other state.

Amir is affiliated with The American Society  of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), American Consulting Engineers Council (ACEC), and The National Council of Examiners (NCEE).
